Leadership Program for Technical Experts.

For technical experts such as risk managers, actuaries, IT specialists, information security staff, audit, legal or compliance specialists, leadership has a special significance. Because they need to balance their detailed, often highly sophisticated work with thinking in larger contexts. They must communicate with larger and more diverse audiences and balance time spent on analytical work with their leadership responsibility.

Often, technical experts take on their first role with responsibility for a team when they are already somewhat advanced in their careers. For this reason, it is most effective for them to receive specific, tailored training, where they will learn the necessary leadership skills needed to inspire teams, coach individuals, co-create with others, and build commitment to a shared vision beyond their own teams.

• The power of your network, self-promotion, how to build trust, understanding of the interpersonal, building up cultural intelligence
