Understanding Intuition.
In the modern business world, intuition is becoming increasingly important and is one of the most important soft skills for leaders in the 21st century. In the highly complex environments with multi-layered requirements, rational considerations are often not sufficient as a basis for decision-making, and truly innovative ideas usually do not arise from hard thinking.
